Fabrication, spooling, erection and testing of process and utility piping, flowlines and gathering lines.
Machinery
Supply, installation and commissioning of rotating and static equipment: pumps, compressors, vessels, exchangers.
Power generation
Packaged generation and distribution for wellsites, camps and process facilities, sized to the load profile.
Procurement and logistics
Sourcing, expediting, customs clearance and delivery to remote locations. The part of the schedule that usually slips.
Commissioning and maintenance
Pre-commissioning, start-up support and ongoing maintenance with local crews and supervision.

Italfluid is an integrated service company: field operating teams, engineering and manufacturing under one roof. What the crew learns on location goes back to the workshop. Spares and modifications do not wait on a third-party OEM.
Separation and heating
Two- and three-phase separators, indirect heaters, gauge and surge tanks, choke manifolds.
Flow control and safety
Choke valves, SDV valves, sand filters, flowlines and the PLC control systems that supervise them.
Injection and pumping
Injection units, multiphase pump systems, transfer and high-pressure pumping to 10,000 psi.
Flaring and disposal
Confined, smokeless and noiseless gas burners for locations close to communities or infrastructure.
Downhole measurement
Quartz and silicon-sapphire gauges, multi-finger calipers, memory surveys with real-time monitoring.
Gas desulfurization
Sweetening packages for sour production, engineered around the field's own gas analysis.

Founded in 1975 by Prof. Guido Soavi, Italfluid is an integrated Italian oil service company headquartered in Montesilvano and Atri-Notaresco, with a further base at Viggiano. It operates across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the Caspian, and works for ENI, TotalEnergies, Edison, Petronas, Repsol, ConocoPhillips, OMV and Hess.
